When I was just a 6th grader, way back when dinosaurs roamed the earth, I got to go to my friend Marcy's house. Marcy was cool because she had an older sister who was cooler than cool, a big teenager who wore makeup and had an invisible dog. Marcy had just finished copying her sister's Slam Book and encouraged me to make mine. We traded books and had a great time, and then I took mine home and filled it up with friends. It's not only a treasure but a little synopsis of that moment in time. I just got my girls and a friend of theirs to put books together, each one is unique and different and fun and friendly. There are some different quesions on there now, like "Favorite Websites" and "Favorite Youtube video". It's a cool thing that Mom still has some Coolness that peeks out in odd moments.
