THis was for a conference and the conference was great. The speaker talked about Kids in the Digital Age, and his name is Ian Jukes. He had a lot of information to disseminate... his presentation was terrific and I learned a lot. The second day ( I went back for more) I took 12 pages of notes and my hand hurt, but I still wish I could have been faster! I learned that people who were born before the digital age are Digital Immigrants and kids born in the digital age are Digital Natives. If you think about that it really explains a lot... including why I have my kids program my phone for me. It's their native language. Something to think about!
