Here is the chart, obviously I couldn't get it all in (and I apologize for the flash) but it's interesting to see. Also I am sure this was done at least 10 years ago.Below is a demonstration of what it looks like to grow vegetables on the space station. We thought it would be interesting for a science project, but our school would not fund Elizabeth to go into space to grow carrots. Darn!
