When Uncle Sandy first got the macaws in the big cage, he noticed they did what macaws do, eat about 1/3 of their food then throw the rest on the ground. In the Amazon that is very helpful to the critters down below. In a park it's not so helpful, so he got some chickens to take care of the mess. It's a great solution and the chickens are fun too. Not as smart. But fluffy ones are funny!
