No stay in our fair country would be complete withouta visit to the Boll Weevil monument in Enterprise, Alabama. As you can read on the monument plaque,
the boll weevils decimated the cotton crops and the people of Enterprise diversified and
became much more prosperous. So they built a statue of a pest insect to show the world
their gratitude. Glad we could make it a part of our tour around the country.
